dhak8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between dhak8 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). This document sets out the terms for your use of the dhak8 website and all services on the platform.

The definitions of some key terms used in these Terms are given below:

• "Platform" — The dhak8 website and all services under it.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who has created an account on dhak8 and is using the platform.
• "Account" — A personal user account registered on dhak8.
• "Balance" — The amount of money held in a member's account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits given to a user as a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The specified condition for the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The following eligibility conditions must be met to create and use an account on dhak8:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• You must be a legally capable individual and have the right to place bets with your own funds.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household are not allowed.

dhak8 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to submit documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using someone else's computer or a public device.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you can prove to us that unauthorised access occurred and that you notified us in a timely manner.

The following policies apply to financial transactions on dhak8:

4.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable to all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank).
• Once funds are deposited, the gaming balance is generally updated instantly.
• Deposited funds must come only from a method registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.
• It is recommended to withdraw using a method consistent with the deposit method.
• dhak8 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal until any additional verification process is completed, if deemed necessary.

dhak8 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to members. While each offer has its own terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Higher deposit example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) the bonus amount — not the deposit amount.
• Example: If you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing (৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000).
• No withdrawal from bonus funds is allowed until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may not use each offer more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met can be withdrawn.
• dhak8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• dhak8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.

dhak8 is committed to ensuring a fair and impartial gaming environment for all members. To that end, the following policies are followed:

• All games are operated using impartial algorithms and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Game outcomes are never predetermined and are not controlled by the platform or any third party.
• Records of all transactions and gaming sessions are retained and can be verified in the event of a dispute.
• dhak8 will provide an appropriate resolution for any game affected by a technical error or system failure.

If a technical error is detected in a game, the bets for that round may be voided. In such cases, deposited funds will be returned, but any winnings will be cancelled.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the dhak8 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account for the same person.
• Creating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Placing systematic and artificial bets with the intent of exploiting bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing games using hacking, software bots, or automation tools.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity against other members.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds into your own account using a third party's money.

dhak8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If account information is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud is detected.
• If compliance with directions from a legal authority or a court order is required.
• If the member themselves requests account closure.

If a valid balance (not bonus funds) exists at the time of account closure and is not connected to any prohibited activity, the process of returning that amount will be initiated.

dhak8 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial pressure. For this reason, we place responsible gaming as our highest priority.

• Never bet beyond your means.
• Avoid continuously increasing your bets to try to recover losses.
• Never think of gaming as an alternative source of income.
• Avoid placing bets under emotional stress or in the heat of the moment.

dhak8 bears no legal liability for the following:

• Any loss arising from a member's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
• Interruption to a gaming session due to internet connectivity issues or device failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to an outage by a third-party service (payment gateway, internet provider).
• If the service is suspended due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters or government directives.

For the resolution of any dispute affected by technical reasons, the records stored on the server will be considered the final proof.

dhak8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• The updated terms and conditions will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will change.
• For important changes, an effort will be made to notify members via their account or through contact channels.
• Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
